The game Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is a game that i have played multiple times so i can comment on the secondary research that i have collected. Some of the points that i can agree with from the secondary research is the age demographic of the game which is age 18 - 29. I can also agree on the score it was given on various websites. I have created some surveys that would give me insight to the the demographic of people who play this game. I will compare the results of the surveys to that of the secondary research. From the few results that I received i gathered that the secondary research was mostly accurate as the results were similar.
I have had experience with both Qualitative and Quantitative surveys as i have made them before so i have an idea on what to expect.
I have created 2 Surveys, one being qualitative and one being quantitative which i would use to gather relevant information by asking only the demographic of the people who have played the game (Males Aged 18 - 29) I have created the Quantitative survey that aims to find out information about the people who have played this game, the aim of this survey is to gather factual information rather then opinionated answers.
The first survey that i created was the Quantitative survey, these are the question that i created for the survey.
The results that i got confirmed the previous research, The general opinion from these results have shown that the average player gender and age were Males around the age of 18 - 24.
The second survey that i created was the Qualitative survey which aimed to gather opinionated information.
